St. Mary’s Admissions Process
To schedule a tour, please contact our school office at (716) 689-8424. Following a tour, prospective families will also have the chance to speak with several current families who can provide an “insider’s view” to life at St. Mary School. Additional visits can also be arranged, which could include a student shadowing a current student for the day and/or meeting directly with a prospective teacher and our Principal.
To apply, please complete an Application/New Enrollment Form and return to our main office with the non-refundable $100.00 initial registration fee with a copy of your child’s birth certificate. Space permitting, this will secure placement for your child.* In addition, please forward a copy of your child’s prior year final cumulative report card, current year report card, NYS testing scores and any other pertinent academic records to the school office.
*All documentation will be reviewed by school administration to assess and assure that St. Mary’s can accommodate the individual academic needs of your child(ren).
Upon receipt of completed application packet, birth certificate, registration fee, proof of immunization and health record, and academic records, our school Principal will review all documentation and develop action plans for accepted students on a case by case basis. We hope to collaborate and partner with you to ensure that St. Mary’s is the best fit for your child(ren) and that his/her individual academic needs may be accommodated. When necessary, an additional meeting may be scheduled to discuss individual student needs.
