Catholic Schools Week: A Celebration of our Faith, Students, School, Community, and Nation

Catholic Schools Week kicked-off with a well attended Open House on Sunday, January 27.  We celebrated our school, programs, and faculty by giving personalized tours.

Our celebration of community began on Monday, January 28, as we welcomed Mary Kate O’Connell and Company’s entertaining and interactive program on diversity.  Students learned that by bringing together all of our individual uniqueness, we will live a richer and more joy-filled life.  Montessori Children’s House students each brought an adult guest to lunch and professional magic shows awed both adults and children alike.

We celebrated our award winning students of the Future City Team on Tuesday, January 29.  A friendly game show between teachers and eighth grade students was fun for all.  And, the entire student body worked together to make blankets for Project Linus which donates blankets to sick youngsters. Students in kindergarten and grades 3 and 6 brought their special guest to lunch.

More fun to come on Friday and next week.
