SMS 7th Grader Crushes Covid

St. Mary School seventh grader, Rocco Molinaro, decided to doodle…he came up with a buffalo crushing the Covid-19 virus…he had the graphic put on t-shirts… and now, he is giving back to his community!

Rocco stated, “Our community has been amazing. People are donating food to the workers in hospitals everyday and my dad has been sending food out as well. When I decided to sell my shirts, I wanted to be able to continue to help send meals. We are sending food to frontline workers but I wanted to also help feed people that are having financial troubles. Many people have lost their jobs and everyone needs to eat. With the proceeds of my most recent shirts, I plan to send meals to people who really need it. Our community has a lot of pride and we really pull together and help each other when people need it. I hope my shirts show that together our community will crush COVID and come out stronger than before!”

Rocco also plans to donate some t-shirts to some of our area hospital workers.
