Principal: Sister Sheila Anne Burke OSF has her master’s degree in religious education from Notre Dame Institute in Virginia and her B.S. in elementary education from Medaille College. Sister is certified in school administration, supervision and elementary education.
Secretary: Mrs. Stephanie States has her B.A. in management sciences from St. Bonaventure University. She has also worked as a teacher assistant in grades 1 and 2.
Early Childhood Education: Mrs. Theresa Schneider has her master’s degree from SUNY at Buffalo and her B.S. in education from Medaille College. She is certified in elementary education.
Kindergarten: Miss Katherine Allan has her B.S. in childhood education and music from SUNY at Fredonia. She earned her masters’s in curriculum and instruction from Buffalo State College in 2008.
Grade 1: Miss Andria Aguzzi graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with an B.A. in psychology. She earned her master’s degree in education from Medaille College.
Grade 2: Mrs. Mary Pinger has her B.S. in education from The University of Nebraska. She is certified in elementary education.
Grade 3: Mrs. Pauline Lougen has both her B.S. and Master’s from SUNY at Buffalo in physical education, health and recreation. She has her NYS permanent certification in elementary education for grades pre-K through 8.
Grade 4: Mrs. Heather Durrell has her B.S. in elementary education from Indiana University and her master’s degree from SUNY at Buffalo.
Grade 5: Mrs. Abby Budzinski has her B.S. degree from Buffalo State College. She has also taught at St. John’s in Alden and in the Catholic Batavia Schools.
Grade 6: Mrs. Sheila Kahrimanian has her master’s degree in Pre-K education from the University at Buffalo and her B.A. in secondary education from Potsdam College. She is certified in social studies grades 7-12 and elementary education.
Grade 7: The newest member of the St. Mary’s faculty, Mr. Bryan Barth, has his B.S. in criminal justice/law enforcement from Mercyhurst College and earned his M.S. in education from Niagara University.
Grade 8: Mr. Joseph Roaldi has his B.S. in secondary education with a concentration in mathematics from Canisius College.
Accelerated Math: Mr. George Bordner has his BS, MS and PhD in Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has taught college-level engineering courses for several years.
Special Programs
Library/Development: Sister Suzanne Hitzges OSF has her B.S. in education from Medaille College, and a master’s degree from Catholic University de Puerto Rico. She has her permanent certification in Elementary Education and Spanish.
Reading: Mrs. Ellen VanPatten has her B.S. in elementary education from Buffalo State college. She also has permanent certification in elementary education and english.
Art: Mrs. Karen Genovese has her B.S. in art education from Buffalo State College and is working toward her master's degree in art education.
PE/Health: Miss Kristina Young has her B.S. in physical education/health and master's degree in physical education from Canisius College.
Spanish: Mrs. Susan Izquierdo holds a B.S. in elementary education from Buffalo State College with a concentration in Spanish.
Computer: Mrs. Shannon Federowicz has her B.S. in education from Fredonia Colleg with a concentration in math. She also holds a M.S. in education from Buffalo State College with a concentration in educational computing.
Music: Ms. Barbara Henry has her bachelor's degree in music education and master's in music from SUNY at Fredonia.
Music: Mrs. Donna Allan coordinated the school liturgies on Wednesdays and Fridays. She is the parish liturgy director and contempory choir director.
Teacher Assistants:
Mrs. Karen Muck has her B.S. in elementary education from Buffalo State College. Mrs. Muck is based in Grade 7, assists with grades 5 - 8 and arrivals and dismissals.
Mrs. Lisa Kilger is the teacher assistant for the Kindergarten program. She is St. Mary's coordinator for the Protecting God's Children Program.
Mrs. Cherie Enright has her associate's degree in criminal investigation and assists with the ECE program.
