Many St. Mary's families have been enjoying the summer Faith Formation program. It has been interactive, spiritually enriching, and a true family experience. We look forward to working with our families who will be joining us for our school year Family Faith Formation program soon.

St. Mary's hosts Wednesday Evening Rosary each week 7-8 PM in St. Mary’s Chapel. This is a wonderful opportunity to pray The Rosary in community with others, pray for peace, and bring our own personal intentions to Jesus through His Mother, Mary.
Everyone is welcome, beginners or veterans, to join in prayer. Rosaries available.

It was wonderful to have so many St. Mary School Alumni on hand for Picnic Weekend! Graduation years ranged from 1953 to 2025! They prepped chowder veggies, volunteered, ran the Chowder Chase, and enjoyed the festivities! Here are just a few photos that we were able to capture....

Thank You to Everyone Involved in VBS 2025! VBS 2025 was an exhilarating, faith-filled, Alaskan adventure! About 100 youth participated in this year’s program as participants and volunteers! We spent a fun week discovering that even in a world gone wild, we can always trust Jesus, our TRUE NORTH!
Our Together in Christ teens were the hiking crew leaders throughout the week. Their caring and dedication to the children were true examples of how to be disciples of Jesus.

On Day 3 of True North we learned that when we feel powerless, we can trust Jesus! Children dressed in their favorite sports apparel and read about the Roman officer that trusted in Jesus to heal his servant. They learned about St. Simon Stock, and crafted handprints into fire to remind them of Jesus’ power. It was another hot day to play outside and sing “Hey, Hey, Hey” in Sing & Play Peak!

Day 2 of True North VBS got off to a splashing start! We wore bright colors to remind us that when we feel alone, we can trust Jesus! We had a water relay, learned about Saint Faustina, read about the shepherd who looked for his lost sheep, made sparkly stars in crafts and enjoyed some campfire s’mores!

St. Mary's Saturday, July 19, Vigil Mass will be an Outdoor Mass at 4:30 PM at the chowder tent. (There will not be a 4 PM Mass that day.) All are welcome. This is a beautiful experience for our faith community. We will bless the vegetables that will be used for St. Mary's Famous Kettle-cooked Chowder and, immediately following Mass, we will join together to chop the vegetables for the delicious chowder that will be served on Picnic Day, Sunday, July 20, starting at 11 AM. If you can help cut veggie, please bring peeler, knife, cutting board, large bowl, hand towel, and a friend. Many hands make for quick light work.
